This advice is relevant for families that genuinely have no problems, issues or the need for social services involvement in their lives.

When social services enter a family’s life. They more often but not target the father with false allegations. Control over a family is easier established by asserting control over the mother. This is done with threats of forced removal of her children.

A child upset in school is enough to bring social services into the private lives of a family. If for example a Police officer comes into contact with individual, for example a parking violation. If for whatever reason the officers dislikes the individual and children are present. If he later reports to social services 'phrases' such as “concern for the children”. This would be more than enough for social services to enter the lives of a family.

If social services enter the private lives of a family without just cause. The advice is for the family to look upon the social service employees insofar as the employee will do all they can to create work for themselves by remaining in the family for as long as possible. This is achieved by simply filing false untrue reports. The reports have the potential of disbanding and destroying the family. If the family look upon the social service in this way. They may well have saved their family from being disbanded and destroyed. The following are common phrases used to justify remaining in a family’s life. The phrases are often written to match the appearence of the parent.

If for example the father is polite and well-mannered. The social worker will filed reports, such as, for example:

although he was polite and courteous. He is manipulative and can be threatening in his manner…He asserts control over his family in a covert manner unseen by the outside world...The children are scared of their father and the control he asserts over the family and will not speak about it".

If the father appears physically fit. Phrases will be filed such as, for example:

On arrival at the home. There was an air of fear…The father was abusive and threatening…The father appears overpowering and controlling…He clearly enjoys being dominant over the rest of the family...Due to the fear and control the father has over the family the children will not speak badly of the father”

If the mother attempts to correct or report that the social workers are filing untrue reports about the father. The social worker will target the mother and file reports such as, for example:

'The mother is failing to protect the children from the father’s abuse..The mother seems in fear of the father…Safeguarding measures must remain in place as the mother is neglecting the needs of the children…Consideration must be given to the removal of the children from the mothers care. This being due to the mothers failure to protect the children from the fathers abusive nature’.

Faced with such negative reports and the possibility of her children being forcibly removed into care or put up for adoption. The social workers false allegations can be enough to bring the mother back in line with the directive of Police social services objective. If the mother fails to comply. The children will almost certainly be forcibly removed from her. It is common for mothers to arrive to collect her children from school. To be informed that Police social services have taken them.

The advice is to obtain secret recordings of all contact with Police social workers. These recording will not guarantee you win your case before the hearing administrator. But it at least provides you with evidence to prove your case.  Be advised not to inform any state employee that you are obtaining recordings. Only provide these to your solicitor.

Some social workers will request a mobile telephone number from you. Avoid communication via this route as it is open to possible false allegations from social workers. Any communication via mobile you may want to consider sending by text and request the social worker reply via the same route. Be sure to store the texts along with the time and date stamp. If you have a voice recording facility on your mobile telephone. We advise you record all conversations with social services.

In the event social services enter your life. From the outset request an email address from the social worker. Try and use emails for correspondence. Its likely they will not commit replying to your emails as this provides digital evidence for possible family proceedings. Although they may not reply to your emails. Still log your concerns so it cannot be denied later that you did not raise the issue or concern with social services.

If you are required to attend social service meetings. Be advised to attend with a person of good standing in the community. A doctor, school teacher or solicitor. Obtain an audio recording of every meeting which are commonly found on Apps store for smart phones.
