To devoted caring and loving parents, the welfare and safety of their babies and children is possibly more important to them than their own freedom. If the State seeks to remove a person’s freedom. Twelve members of the public preside in the hearing as jury members. It's the people whom decide on a person’s guilt or innocence. By its judgment the jury determine if the State is justified in removing a person’s freedom.

When the State seeks to forcibly remove babies and children from parents, and this is more important than freedom, then it may well be a fairer process for a jury to decide if the State is justified in the forced removal of babies and children from their parents.

Jasons Law proposes it may not be a fair process when state employees seek to forcibly remove babies and children from their parents and the case is heared by another state appointed hearing administrator hearing the directive of Police and Social Service employees, without an independent third party or jury hearing the allegations.

The combined secret recordings on this site provides overwhelming evidence to prove the entire structure of the current social service and Family Court system is open to possible abuses by state employees. Which in a number of cases is literally causing murder. In a disproportionate number of cases  the current system is bias, unjust and flawed. Jasons Law calls for a complete radical overhaul of the social service and family court system. The principles of Jason’s Law is that one murder, suicide or child abuse case is one too many.

The ease with which state employees are destroying and disbanding innocent families by simply filing dishonest and deceitful reports is concerning. Jason’s Law aims to introduce measures to prevent as best possible the filing of dishonest, deceitful and untrue reports. And make those responsible accountable with imprisonment as a deterrent.

JASONS LAW PROPOSES THE FOLLOWING;

  1. Juries preside in family court proceedings

  2. Children and family identities to remain anonymous. As witnessed in other Courts proceedings relating to children

  3. Children and families option of giving evidence via video link or behind screens.

  4. Social workers issued with body worn cameras to ensure digital evidence of contact between social workers, children and parents. May help prevent false allegations and abusive behaviour by all parties.

  5. Mandatory social workers provide families with contact email address. Social workers duty bound to reply to parents concerns in emails. May help protect against false allegations and ensure social services follow protocol/procedures.

  6. Social services place less emphasis on forced parent seperation. More emphasis on social services to provide mediation services 24hrs a day to help keep families together.

  7. Mandatory Police provide credible evidence to social services to support claims Police may allege against either parent.

  8. Mandatory Social Services provide parents with copy of Police allegations should parents contest the allegations and seek to initiate legal proceedings against Police employees making the claims.

  9. Sixteen week time bar on Family Court proceedings. Currently system places children under prolonged periods of distress anxiety and uncertainty. The case involving the murder of Jason concluded seventeen months after Mark initiated proceedings.

  10. New secure website created to enable families to report possible complaints about social workers. Website designed similar to traffic light system. Traffic light system may provide confidence to families whilst enabling senior managers to see possible dangerous practices and work performance to address possible concerns.

  11. Police and Social service employees to face criminal charges if a jury in family proceedings find untrue, dishonest or deceitful disinformation facilitated parent violence, murder, suicide or child abuse.

  12. End to the secrecy of the family courts to enable a more transparent proceeding. Press allowed access to the courts and report cases with priority given to anonymity of those involved.
