JASONS LAW
Purposes to address collusion between Police and social services that are deliberately inciting violence between parents experiencing relationship difficulties causing countless murders suicides and horrific child abuses. It's believed thousands of these crimes are orchestrated each year. To protect state employees from criminal charges and conceal their crimes from public view. Decision makers in family hearings are exploiting child care Laws to silence with imprisonment the victims.

The offenders formed a gang then orchestrated multiple planned murders. They remain employees of Liverpool Police Social Services.

Jason Osu was 31 years of age and a devoted, caring and loving father to Jazmin 7 years and Misha 12 years. Jason was one of Britain’s youngest qualified black commercial pilots. Prior to the 19th November 2012 Jason accepted a job flying emergency lifesaving organs around the United Kingdom. He also managed currency stock trading.
On the 19th November 2012 Jason arrived home. As he parked his car on his driveway two gunmen appeared. The gunman at the driver’s door shot Jason in the back, neck, jaw, chest and arm then shot Jason at point blank range in the head.
The second gunman at the passenger side fired multiple shots into the passenger seat. By chance Jason’s brother Mark alighted the passenger seat twelve minutes before Jason was executed.

Both brothers were witnesses in a custody battle. It was originally listed to commence on the day the planned double murders took place. Mark was seeking custody of his children after their mother developed severe psychosis.
Her psychosis included unpredictable violent outbursts, hallucinations, extreme paranoia, persecutory delusions and suicide attempts. Police denied her psychiatric help. She became a drug abuser and a chronic alcoholic. She then submerged herself in a World of criminal gangs of men. Mark sort custody until she received psychiatric treatment. Then intended to encourage shared custody. Although she is referred to here as a psychotic female murder suspect. She is one of the many victims in this case.
Just prior to the planned double murders taking place. It was unknown at the time her sister (AW) informed her of the time Jason and Mark would be arriving at Jason’s home. The executioners were waiting.
Police found the murder vehicle burnt in the same Street and yards from the psychotic female murder suspect's relatives home address which she had frequented for more than thirty years.
A concealed foot bridge in the Street used by the gunmen to exchange murder vehicles would have been known to someone with local knowledge with a motive to murder. The gunmen were not from the area.
For seventeen months leading up to the planned double murders. Police had been controlling the psychotic females psychosis and repeatedly ignored her threats to kill Mark.
Six weeks prior to the planned double murders taking place. Mark wrote to each member of the seventeen members of Liverpool Police Authority. He requested they instruct Liverpool Chief Constable Jonathan Murphy to acknowledge his duty and stop the psychotic females threats to kill from being carried out as she had made a new and recent death threat to have Mark "shot dead". The letter reported his concerns for his "immediate family". Jason being at significant risk as he provided a witness statement against the psychotic female in the family proceedings regarding his concerns relating to her psychosis abusing the children.
Six weeks after the Police Authority received Mark's letters. The two gunmen arrived at Jason home to “shot dead” both witnesses in the custody battle against the psychotic female.
Immediately after Jason was executed. Mark requested Liverpool Police Crime Commissioner Ms Jane Kennedy appoint another Police Service to investigate the planned double murders. Mark requested the new Police Force also investigate why his lifesaving letters to the Police Authority were ignored. Ms Kennedy robustly refused to appoint another Police Force to investigate the planned double murders. But instructed Cheshire Police investigate the ignored letters.
Cheshire Chief Constable Mr Whatton later reported to Ms that the Police Authority Chief Executive ordered the lifesaving letters be disposed of in a secure rubbish bin. Mr Whatton himself a Chief Constable did not charge the Chief Executive for the criminal offence of interfering with Royal mail. A crime punishable with up to five year's imprisonment.
The planned double murders came at the end of a meticulous plan coordinated by people employed within Liverpool Police, Liverpool Crown Prosecution Service and Liverpool social services. Key to the success of achieving murder was to deny the female psychiatric help and use Marks children as bait to incite conflict between Mark and the psychotic female.
Between 2007 and 2012 they rejected her repeated pleas they help her receive psychiatric help. She provided Police and the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) with three statements pleading they help her and ignore her when during bouts of psychotic episodes she makes false statements to them agasint Mark.
The Police and CPS conealed her statements from Mark and the Courts for almost five years. During this time they continued to arrest Mark. During each interveiw he repeatedly stated she was suffering from some form of psychosis. And pleaded they help encourage a psychiatric assessment and treatment as by now their children were suffering greatly. They robustly rejected his pleas for help.

Unaware of the hidden agenda being waged against the female and his children. No matter what crimes she committed against Mark he consistently refused to retaliate. Instead he turned to the very people he was unaware was inciting her to attack him.
Thinking they were being incompetent or negligent. Mark began obtaining evidence (recordings) and submitted this to the Police social service in order to secure a psychiatric assessment in an attempt to stop the child abuse stemming from the psychosis.
Realising Mark was not retaliating the perpetrators changed tactics. They now made her believe she could murder Mark and his family members and they would protect her from prosecution.
Sh began sending repeated threats to kill Mark. Mark forwarded her to Police and requested they prevent her threats kill from being carried out. Police ignored each and every threat to kill.
Mark resorted to forwarding her threats to his local Member of Parliment Derek Twigg MP and requested the MP ensure Police prevent her threats to kill from being carried out. The threats continued for seventeen months. When the planned double murders took place but her gunmen murdered Jason alone missing Mark by minutes. Mark told the murder invetigation team he did not blame her due to her psychosis. Mark blamed her Police handlers inciting her to attack him. The murder investigation team then told Mark the psychotic female was not involved. They then conducted a criminal cover up to protect the psychotic female from prosecution in multiple planned murders.
The vulnerable children Jason was murdered trying to protect remain in her care. They have suffered horrific irreversible psychological, emotional trauma damage. An independent child psychologist studying the filmed evidence on this site has confirmed the psychological and emotional impact trauma the children have been forced to endure is similar to that witnessed in children raised in conflict war zones.
The perpetrators were led by Mr Jonathan Murphy. At the time he was employed as a Chief Constable. The main players were Mr Eddie C (Inspector) and Joanne T (Dective Constable). Joanne was Eddie's subordinate officer. Joanne was the psychotic females principle controller. It was unknown at the time Joanne was trained at Bruche Police training centre. The Home Office closed Bruche after officers appeared on National TV wearing Ku Klux Klan hoods expressing extreme racist behaviour including stating the racist killers of Steven Lawrence should have been given diplomatic immunity.
During the time Mark was being repeatedly arrested. On one occasion Mark submitted his mobile phone to Joanne. The phone contained extreme racist threats to kill text messages he'd received from the psychotic female. He requested the Police not charge the female. But use the evidence to encourage a psychiatric assessment or she face the Courts.
Weeks later Mark agreed to voluntarily attend the Police station to answer new allegations alleged by the psychoitc female. When Mark asked Joanne what of the text evidence he provided to Joanne weeks earlier. Joanne claimed Police forensics experts examined his phone. Joanne claimed the text evidence was not in his phone. On that basis Joanne instructed Chief Prosecution Mr Fryar department to imprison Mark to await trial which was due to take place in five months time.

Whilst still at the Police station. Mark was called from the cell and served with a Court order obtained that day in the family courts. Mark now realised that after he agreed to voluntarily attend the Police station. Joanne and social worker Joan arranged a family Court hearing on the very day they knew he would be at the Police station. They knew he would be unaware of the hearing and have no legal representatives to act on his behalf.

The Famiy Court order was granted which prohibited Mark contact or access with his infant suffering children, effectively for life. The order stated his children was to be in the custody of the person whom Joan and Joanne knew was suffering from mentally ill problems.
Whilst awaiting trial Mark had his phone independently re-examined. The text messages were still in his phone. After spending five months in prison awaiting trial. Mark submitted the text evidence before His Hon Judge Gilmour. Before releasing Mark his Hon Judge Gilmour stated "the Police and CPS started off on a false basis. You are free to leave".

Mark left the Court and went to social services. Mark repeated Judge Gilmours remarks informing the social worker that they too started off on the exact same basis as the Police and CPS. Social worker Sue refused claiming social services was an independent agency of the Courts. Sue’s decision required a custody battle. The date set was the 19th November 2012. The date two gunman arrived to murder both witnesses in the custody battle Jason and Mark.
Prior to this Mark filed a complaint to the Independent Police Complaints Commissioner IPCC as the officers deleted the text messages caused him to be falsly impriosned and caused him lose his children. The IPCC later filed a report claiming "a corrupt bug" in Police Forensic software deleted the text messages. The claims allowed the female to remain free. This allowed her free to order another murder attempt of Mr DA.
Jonathan, Eddie and Joanne's plan to incite violence required assistance from employees of Liverpool Crown Prosecution Service (CPS). They recieved assistance from Liverpool Chief Prosecutor Mr Geoff Fryar. Throughout the year prior to the planned multiple murders Mark wrote countless letters to Mr Fryar informing him of Joanthan, Eddie and Joanne's plan.
A year prior to the planned double murders taking place Mark requested Mr Fryar use the threats to kill text evidence to bring charges against the female murder suspect. Mark suggested this would place her in a position to agree to a psychiatric assessment.
Mr Fryar repeatedly rejected Marks suggestion claiming the CPS could not bring charges. Mr Fryar claimed only the Police can initiate such proceedings. Mr Fryar continued his claims until finally murder was achieved.

At the time Mark was unaware that Mr Murphy and Mr Fryar had an extremely close working relationship. Mark was also unaware that both men are active members of a cult known as the Freemasons. It's unknown if this was how the Police Service, Crown Prosecution Service, Social Services, Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC), Police Authority, Crime Commissioner, Derek Twigg MP, and Family Judge Michele O'Leary turned a blind eye to the institutionalised child abuse and multiple planned murders waged against Marks vulnerable children and family.
During a bout of psychosis Eddie isolated the psychotic female. Although Eddie was aware of the concerns regarding the psychosis. Eddie isolated her and Marks children hundreds of miles from Mark, family and friends. Eddie disguised the isolation claiming it was protective custody. Whilst isolated Eddie renamed the mentally ill mother and Marks children.
Three years after Eddie renamed the mentally ill mother and Mark's children. Mark discovered the name in latin translates 'Cross of the Crucifix'. Google research shows the Freemason cult have a distorted view of Christianity. They have been known to use biblical codes when sending covert messages. Its possible the renaming of the female may have been a message to other Freemasons within the judiciary as to the purpose for which she was to be used.
Google research also shows the founding member of the cult Mr Albert Pike was at one point Chief Executive of the Ku Klux Klan. All the victims in this case including the children are all African British citizens. Its unknown if Eddie is a Freemason. Due to the cults secrecy. it's unknown if the Freemasons cult prohibit black members into the cult and if they believe in promoting racial diversity and equality.
The exploitation of the female and the use of her in multiple planned murders could not have been possible without social service employees. Its possible the social workers received clearance and authorisation to conduct the institutionalised child abuse and murder from Liverpool Social Services Chief Executive Mr Ged Fitzgerald. Its suspected Mr Fitzgerald is a freemason. Mr Fitzgeral is part of an investigation into the child abuse, child sex exploitation scandal during the time he was Chief Executive of Rotherham social services. Mr Fitzgerald, Mr Murphy and Mr Fryar have an extremely close working relationship.
Mr Fitzgerald turned a blind eye to allow the child abuse being coordinated by Police and social service employees. Social services employees that led the campaign were Joan H, Michele D, Lisa C and Margaret R (based at Knowsley social services). When the mother left their area. They forwarded how the mother was to be controlled to accomplices Sue B and Nicky U (based at Wavertree Road social services). It's unknown why Sue B took particular pleasure in witnessing the psychosis subjecting the vulnerable children to prolonged periods of horrific child abuse.
After murder was achieved but the female murder suspects gunmen missed Mark. Mr Murphy appointed Senior Investigating Officer Mr Mike Shaw to investigate the murder of Jason. Mr Shaw had previously investigated a complaint Mark made against Eddie. Mark alleged Eddie was filing dishonest claims to social services which seen to it the psychosis was not assessed or treated. Mark asserted this was allowing his children to suffer horrfic child abuse stemming from the psychosis.
Mr Shaw's investigation into Marks complaint ruled no disciplinary action was to be taken against Eddie. After Eddie's malicious dishonest claims led to the psychosis not being treated and this leading to her ordering Jasons murder. Mr Shaw was brought in once again. This time to investigate a murder which Eddie's dishonest claims helped create. Mr Shaw then conducted a criminal cover up to ensure the female murder suspect was not placed before a jury.
Whilst investigating Jason murder. After what Mr Shaw described as five months of extensive forensic examination. The murder investigation team returned the vehicle Jason was murdered in to his mother. In the foot well were two blood stained bullets which had murdered Jason. They were casually left on open view in the foot well. It’s possible this was to frustrate the victim's family and possibly incite Mark to take matters into his own hands. Mr Shaw being unaware Mark regards the female one of the many victims.
Shortly after Jason was murdered. The victim's family requested Liverpool's Crime Commissioner PCC Ms Jane Kennedy appoint another Police Force to investigate the murder of Jason. Ms Kennedy robustly rejected the request. Ms Kennedy then become involved in what the victims family regard as a joint parallel criminal cover up to that of Mr Shaw. It's suspected Ms Kennedy and Mr Shaw don't want Mr Murphy, Mr Fryar and their accomplices to face potential complicit in murder charges.
Ms Kennedys failure to appoint another Police service to investigate the murder of Jason allowed Mr Shaw to conduct the Police criminal cover up. Mark wrote to Ms Kennedy raising concerns if Liverpool Police was allowed to investigate Jasons murder "they will compartmentalise the investigation". This being to leave the psychotic female free to locate and orchestrate Mark's murder.
Mark informed Ms Kennedy if the psychotic female was not placed before a jury. She would not receive psychiatric treatment. Mark informed Ms Kennedy this could lead to her going onto orchestrate more murders and these could include other witnesses in the custody battle. Ms Kennedy refused Marks request.

Shortly after Jason was murdered Mark had opened a FaceBook page requesting a Public Judicial Inquiry into Jasons murder. This potentially caused the female murder suspect and her Police controllers concern. The murder investigation team knew Mark had evidence relating to Police officer manipulating her psychosis and inciting her to committ murder.
Its possible Mr Shaw refused to place the psychotic female before a jury to allow her free to locate and orchesrate Marks murder. Or Mr Shaw left her free in an attempt to frustrate Mark to incite him to attack or kill the psychotic female for her orchestrating his murder and that of his beloved brother Jason. Which ever of these is accurate one thing was obvious. The murder investgation team refused to place the psychotic female before a jury for a reason.
After five months unsuccessfully searching to locate Mark. The sychotic female veered off the murder investigation teams intention of leaving her free. She now orchestrated a third murder attempt. But this time not of Mark. This time she ordered the gunmen Paul Croxton, already on Police bail for murdering Jason. To now murder another African British citizen Mr DA. DA has a criminal record.
The female murder suspect was aware DA recommends people to Marks Defence Case Solutions. A legal advice service specialising in Police malpractice. Mark believed the murder attempt of DA was a “decoy cover story” to allow the psychotic female and murder investigation team to claim Jason's murder was not linked to the psychotic female, her custody battle and the Police social workers manipulating and controlling her psychosis. With the attempted murder of Mr DA. Mr Shaw's murder investigation team now claimed Jason’s murder was not linked to the psychotic female or custody battle but crime.
DA survived the murder attempt and pursued what turned out to be the Police bailed racist killer Paul Croxton. Whilst DA pursued Croxton. Croxton drove DA to Jasons home, passing yards from were he executed Jason five months earlier. Croxton retraced the exact same route he took after murdering Jason then stopped at the bridge were he exchanged murder vehicles after killing Jason. Croxton then alighted his vehicle and fired multiple gunshots rounds at Mr DA. The route Croxton took and the location of gunfire now linked the murder of Jason with the murder attempt of Mr DA. The motive for murdering Jason being the custody battle proceedings Mr Shaw now claimed was incorrect. Mr Shaw now claimed the motive was something unknown to do with DA's criminal background
Although under repeated gunfire. Mr DA continued pursuing Croxton. The pursue went on for 32 minutes. During the pursue no armed Police attended, no ground patrols attended, no dog patrols attended and no Police helicopter attended. It was only when the Police operator learnt that the Police bailed racist killer had escaped did officers attend. On arriving at the scene the Police did not commend Mr DA for showing such extraordinary courage, gallantry and bravery for pursing a Police bailed racist killer whilst remaining calm under repeated gunfire. The officers violently arrested the intended murder victim Mr DA. He was later released without charge or an apology.
The female murder suspect ordering Croxton to murder others and not Mark potentially caused Mr Shaw's murder investigation team concern. The murder investigation team wanted Mark murdered for the evidence he had of fellow officers authorised by a Chief Constable.
But Croxton was turning out to be an incompetent murderer. He was chased by the would be victim Mr DA. Croxton a twenty one year old taxi driver by day had left DNA, ballistic, footprint and telephonic evidence linking him to the crimes scenes. Above all else. The murder investigation team couldn’t ignored Croxton's taxi captured on Jasons home security cameras conducting hundreds of recognisance murder drive by's.
After failing to target Mark and being chased by Mr DA and leaving too much trace evidence to ignore. The murder investigation had no option but secure a conviction against Croxton. But ensured the psychotic female was not placed before a jury. Its suspected the murder investigation team wanted to leave her free to manipulate other young gunmen to murder Mark.
It's believed because Mr DA attempted to secure the re-arrest of the Police bailed racist killer Croxton and Mr DA maing it known he wanted to provide a witness statement against the psychotic female. Officers now targeted Mr DA with two charges filed as unsolved crimes. The officers later secured one conviction against Mr DA resulting in a lengthy prison sentence. The conviction discredits any future testimony Mr DA may wish to make against the pychotic female or her killers.
Halfway through DA's second trial the prosecution suddenly dropped the charges when DA’s legal team discovered the murder investigation team had Croxton under Police surveillance at the time Croxton attempt to murder DA. It was also discovered a second Police surveillance team watching DA's home had watched as Croxton, on Police bail for the murdering one black man Mr Jason Osu, arrive at the home address of another black man Mr DA and both Police teams watched as Croxton waited, waited and waited for almost two hours by DA’s driveway to murder Mr DA.
Both Police surveillance teams knew waiting by the driveway to murder the victim seated in their vehicle is the modus operandi Croxton used when he murdered Jason five months prior. Yet both teams of Police officers watched as Croxton was about to execute Mr DA.
It's reported DA bitterly contested the malicious prosecution. Mr DA asserts the officers targeted him with the two charges because they knew he intended to make statements against the psychotic female.

Within weeks of the murder attempt of DA. Family Court Judge Michele O'Leary and social service barrister Mark Senior conducted a joint parallel criminal cover up to coincide with the criminal cover up led by Mr Shaw and Ms Kennedy. Ms O'Leary and Mr Senior's objective is to protect the psychotic female from prosecution in multiple planned murders. This protects the social workers involved in controlling and manipulating her psychosis to incite violence.

In an attempt to discredit Mark. Ms O'Leary later claimed there was no evidence the psychotic female was suffering from psychosis. Ms O'Leary claimed the female murder suspect was not manipulated by her Police social services controllers. Ms O'Leary claimed there was no evidence the psychotic female was used to commit child abuse and multiple planned murders.

Ms O'Leary's decision ensures the female murder suspect does not receive an in-depth psychiatric assessment which potentially could have proven Mark's case true. Ms O'Leary then awarded custody of the two abused vulnerable children Jason was murdered trying to protect to the psychotic female. Ms O'Leary disregarded the extreme racist threats to kill text messages. Both Marks children are black
Due to her psychosis the female murder suspect may have took Judge O'Leary's decision as reward for carrying out the wishes of her Police controllers. Its possbile the psychotic female may have taken Judge O'Learys decision as authority to continue attempting to locate and orchestrate Mark's murder. It's possible Judge O'Leary's decision was made more so to prevent Police social service employees potentially facing incitement and or complicit in murder charges.
In July 2015 Mr Fryar's Crown Prosecution Service and Mr Murphy Police department led by Mr Shaw's murder investigation team placed Mr Paul Woodford on trial. Both agencies concealed from the jury any reference to psychotic female. Her threats to kill Osu family members. Or Jason being a witness against her. Mr Murphy Mr Fryar and Mr Shaw's murder investigation team claimed Woodford ordered the convicted gunmen led by Croxton to murder Jason and attempt to murder Mr DA. Mr Fryar and Mr Murphys departments were seeking life imprisonment with a recommendation of 40 years.
If Woodford was found guilty the Police would have closed the case claiming they convicted the gunmen and the person they intended to claim orchestrated the multiple planned murders. This would have left the female murder suspect's psychosis untreated and left the children Jason was murdered trying to protect still at risk and still exposed to her psychosis.
Mr Murphy, Mr Shaw, Mr Fryar, Ms Kennedy, Judge O'Leary, prosecutor Mr Unsworth, presiding Judge Openshaw, the accused murderer Mr Woodford and the psychotic female may have been possibly shocked when Mark attended the trial without notice and unannounced. Using Mr Woodford's right to call witnesses.
Mark intended to used the witness box to expose how Police employees used the psychotic female in multiple planned murders using two vulnerable children as bait and this led to one of Britain’s youngest qualified black commercial pilots being murdered. And now Police and Crown Prosecution service employees want to smear Jasons name by claiming the ultimate sacrifice he made was not linked to Jason trying to save his brothers vulnerable children. But the likes of Woodford and crime.
As Mark went to present his evidence. Woodford screamed "the murder investigation team are trying to incite murder. They've give all my family official written warnings saying you have threatened to kill them in revenge for your brothers murder. But your here to represent me so obviously it's bull....".
Clearly the murder investigation team never thought Mark would give evdence on Woodfords behalf and learn that the murder investigation team provided Woodford with the malicious untrue alleged threats they claimed Mark made. Whilst presenting evidence Mark also learnt Mr Shaw murder investigation team had given Woodford copies of letters Mark wrote to Police Crime Commissioner Ms Kennedy. The murder investigation team left Marks home address on the letters for Woodford to have.
Its possible Mr Murphys Police Service, Mr Fryar's Crown Prosecution Service and Ms Kennedys Police Crime Commissioner departments are duty bound not to provide the home address of the victims family to those their departments allege are murderers.
Mr Murphy Police and Mr Fryar Crown Prosecution services claimed Woodford could dial a murder and murder would happen. The murder investigation team knew Woodford had access to prison phones. The Police and CPS used prison phone calls between Woodford and his brother as evidence claiming Woodford sent coded instructions to his brother. Its possible Mr Murphy and Mr Fryar departments led by the murder investigation team provided Woodford with the alleged dishonest untrue threats they claimed to him Mark made in an attempt to incite Woodford to order the murder of Mark.
In almost two hours of uninterrupted presentation of documented evidence Mark proved his former wife ordered the gunmen to murder Jason Mark and Mr DA. Mark told the jury the murder attempt of Mr DA was in his opinion a "decoy cover story" to introduce claims the planned double murders was linked to crime and not the female murder suspect, her custody battle or state employees controlling her psychosis. After hearing Marks evidence the jury found Woodford not guilty.
During the trial Mark discovered Mr Murphy and Mr Fryar departments concealed evidence from the Woodford jury relating to the female murder suspects threats to kill, the custody battle proceedings, the location of the murder vehicle and her motive to murder both witnesses in the custody battle against her. Mark later discovered the same evidence was also concealed from the jury in the first trial of the conviction of the gunmen.
After securing the not guilty verdict of Woodford. Mark wrote to the convicted gunmen with a list of questions for them to answer. They have provided written evidence confirming the multiple planned murders were carried out on the orders and specific instructions of the psychotic female.

The gunmen’s confessions prove Judge O'Leary decision was incorrect and untrue. Judge O'Leary's decision has caused the victims children to be subjected to even more years of horrific child abuse stemming from their mothers psychosis. A Member of Parliament is due to forward the gunmen’s confessions to the Justice Secretary.
Mr Murphy's Police department and Mr Fryar's Crown Prosecution service continue to reject any attempt to place the psychotic female murder suspect before a jury.
Due to her remaining free, if the psychotic female orchestrates the murder of Mark, this prevents him submitting the same evidence he presented before the Woodford jury, as well any other and in Coroners proceedings relating to Jason's murder. A Coroner’s jury could return a verdict which potentially could lead to conspiracy or complicit in murder charges against a serving Chief Constable, Chief Prosecutor and their accomplices.
The plan to allow Mark to be murdered would ensure his evidence regarding the institutionalised child abuse and multiple planned murders as a possible race hate crime would be buried with Mark alongside his beloved brother Jason. It’s suspected only after the female murder suspect orchestrates Mark's murder will Mr Murphy (Police) and Mr Fryar (CPS) possibly place her before a jury in the criminal courts just for Marks murder. Thereby achieving the overarching mission from the outset.
As a result the victim’s family have publically announce. If Mark Osu is murdered Jonathan Murphy and Geoff Fryar should be held accountable before a jury. The criminal cover up led by Mike Shaw, Jane Kennedy and Ms Michele O'Leary could be regarded as them possibly being complicit in Marks murder.
Had the psychotic female been charged. This would have allowed her to be diagnosed and treated. If proven criminally insane the victim’s family are against her facing imprisonment. She is one of the many victims in this case.
